Dr. Ina Loebert

Senior Economist

Dr. Ina Loebert is Senior Economist at Düsseldorf Competition Economics. Ina has a profound knowledge of regulatory and competition policy. Her scientific expertise has been applied in various consulting projects, including for the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Deutsche Telekom AG, MVV Energie AG, Initiative Neue Soziale Marktwirtschaft (INSM) and WGZ Bank.

She studied economics at Christian-Albrechts-Universität of Kiel and Lund University in Sweden. After finishing her university studies she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Economic Policy at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg. Her doctoral thesis dealt with the regulation of network industries, in particular the electricity industry.
